Pain to Performance Coaching
Understand your body. Overcome pain. Move with confidence.
If you've been living with persistent pain or recurring injuries, it's easy to feel stuck.
You may have tried treatment before. It might have helped for a while, but the pain keeps returning, you've lost confidence in your body, or you still don't understand what's causing the problem.
This is for people who want more than short-term relief. Together we'll look past the symptoms to work out what's contributing to your pain, and build a plan that moves you forwards.

What's included
Everything, working together.
Initial 90-minute assessment
We take the time to understand your injury history, current symptoms, movement, lifestyle and goals. This is the foundation of your plan.
Fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions
Regular sessions to review progress, answer questions, adapt the programme and keep you moving forwards.
A personalised rehabilitation programme
Strength and rehab work built around your assessment, goals and life — delivered through CoachRx with video for every exercise.
Osteopathic treatment
Hands-on treatment is included where it's appropriate. It supports your progress rather than being the focus of it.
Ongoing support
Recovery doesn't only happen in appointments. You have guidance between sessions to stay consistent, handle setbacks and keep progressing.
Lifestyle guidance
Where it's relevant, we look at sleep, stress, nutrition, recovery and training load to support your rehab and long-term health.

Is this right for you?
This is built for people who…
- You have persistent pain or recurring injuries.
- You feel like you've hit a plateau, or keep going round in circles.
- You want to understand why you're in pain, not just treat the symptoms.
- You're ready to take an active role in your recovery.
- You value long-term results over quick fixes.
- You think the way your body moves is contributing to your pain.
My approach
I don't believe recovery should leave you dependent on treatment.
My goal is to help you understand your body, make sense of your pain, and build the confidence to manage it yourself.
That means combining osteopathy, rehabilitation, movement and education in a way that's tailored to you.
The programme is built on a thorough full-body movement screen. It shows us which movement patterns are missing: the ones feeding your ongoing pain.
Every programme is individual, because every person, every injury and every goal is different.
What success looks like
Success isn't just less pain.
Feeling confident enough to return to the things you've been avoiding.
Understanding your body instead of fearing it.
Knowing how to manage setbacks when they happen.
Building strength, resilience and the confidence to keep going without relying on regular treatment.
The commitment
A minimum of three months, because real change takes time.
Persistent pain rarely resolves in a session or two. We commit to a proper block of work together so the progress is genuine and it holds. This is my preference for sports and movement-related pain and injury.
Felix — the three-month minimum came from the earlier draft, not the content brief. Confirm or I'll remove it.
